Asafoatse Ayite is an Agribusiness expert with over 20 years of experience in the sector. He is the general manager of the Young Teddy Company. He has over the years managed various livelihoods ranging from livestock to crops-related enterprises. He owns and manages various ventures in the context of Agriculture and its related areas.

Given his contribution to Agribusiness in the Greater Accra region and surrounding communities, he was awarded the best cattle farmer in 2013 in the Sowutuom omanjo area of the Ga Central Municipality. He subsequently won the regional best cattle farmer in 2015 at kpone following his excellent dedication to promoting food and nutritional security across the country. This dedication further won him the overall district best farmer in 2016 in the area.

Apart from his contribution to food and nutritional security in the country, Asafoatse has dedicated himself to supporting humanity through his foundation (Okaikwei Teddy Sarbah Memorial Foundation). Over the years, he has provided support to the vulnerable.

Providing them with necessities of life and making sure that the aged is well taken care of. He currently oversees the management of a newly formed not-for-profit organization called Universal Youth Agric Solution. An organization created to promote agroecological models of farming to reduce climate change impact while conserving Biodiversity. The organization operates on 6 hectares of land serving as a center of agriculture technology aggregation center.

The center provides Agribusiness training for the youth and inculcates in them the principles of conservation while promoting food and nutritional security. The center is a hub for agriculture product market, where all products from outgrower farmers and the youth are purchased for the local market.
